We started Tablevoice because we were seeing the same scene play out night after night: phones ringing off the hook, hosts buried, guests on hold, and high-value bookings slipping away.
Our team blends three worlds that don’t often sit at the same table: restaurant operators, hospitality partners, and product and AI builders who know what it’s like to live through non-stop calls, packed books, and “how are we going to staff this?” conversations.
Tablevoice is our attempt to give restaurants an extra host: one that never calls in sick, never gets flustered, and still feels like your dining room.

Pascal is a former senior executive in financial services, where he led communications, marketing, and public affairs teams at national scale. He’s spent his career obsessing over customer experience, brand trust, and how to make complex operations feel simple from the outside. At Tablevoice, he focuses on operations, customer success, and making sure our product reflects the realities of front-of-house life.

Marc has spent more than two decades building high-stakes software platforms and leading engineering teams. He’s scaled products used by thousands of organizations and supported millions of conversations, including large-scale telephony systems. At Tablevoice, he’s responsible for making sure the technology is rock-solid, reliable on a Friday night, and always moving in step with what restaurants actually need.

Gosia has spent her career running customer success and implementation teams for complex software in high-stakes environments. She’s led large client success organizations and helped multiple companies go from early growth to scale. At Tablevoice, she makes sure every restaurant, from first onboarding to multi-location rollout, feels supported, heard, and set up to win.

Morgan cut her teeth in front-of-house operations and hotels before spending the last 11 years helping restaurants make sense of hospitality tech at OpenTable — proof that she can survive chaos in any form. A Cincinnati native who’s called New York home for 20+ years, she now lives in Brooklyn with her amazing daughter, splits her free time between going to movies and dining at bars, and has opinions about both.

Carolyn spent a decade on the operator side with Calgary’s Vintage Group, booking everything from ten-person dinners to thousand-person Stampede parties, before joining OpenTable, where she spent 11 years looking after restaurants across Canada and most recently led the Accounts Team. She’s sat at more host stands than she can count and still can’t walk past one without checking the book. A proud Calgarian and U of C grad, she first met Tablevoice as a partner, liked what she heard on the phone, and decided to pick up the other end.

Matthew is a corporate lawyer focused on emerging technology and high-growth companies. He’s guided founders through financings, acquisitions, and complex deals. He works with us to make sure Tablevoice is built on a sound legal and governance foundation, so we can focus on what matters: delivering value to restaurants.

Yannick is a serial restaurant entrepreneur and owner of some of Toronto’s best-known dining rooms, including Lucie, The Carbon Bar, Amano Trattoria, and more. He brings years of real-world hospitality experience, thousands of services, and a deep understanding of what keeps independent restaurants thriving. Yannick keeps us honest: if it wouldn’t fly in his dining rooms, it doesn’t ship.

Matt has spent over ten years at OpenTable across Australia, the US, and Canada, building and leading teams in sales, account management, and customer success. He took the reins of the Canadian business just ahead of the pandemic and steered operators through the crisis and recovery, and today he leads OpenTable’s hotels business for North America.

He’s run multi-billion-dollar operations, overseeing supply chain and strategic partnerships with companies like Walmart, Cargill, and Uber, and currently serves on the board of Restaurants Canada. At Tablevoice, Jeff helps us think like the largest restaurant systems in the world while staying laser-focused on what works for operators on the ground.

Chelsea brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across fast-growing tech companies, including time on the leadership teams of multiple unicorns. She’s led operations, people, and customer success at scale, with a particular focus on AI-driven products. She helps us grow responsibly, build a resilient team, and keep hospitality at the center of our decision-making, even as we move fast.
